Claustrum explores a universal psychological atmosphere shaped by the experience of isolation during pandemic lockdowns. Without depicting explicit figures, the works evoke subtle traces of human presence, confronting viewers with a tension between emptiness and claustrophobic stillness. An ominous silence and hints of social stratification permeate the compositions.

Produced through textile screen printing, the series originates from a single fineliner drawing; however, each print combined with painting varies through its distinct color arrangement. The chromatic atmospheres suggest different times of day, turning color into a temporal marker. The series ultimately reflects on the perception and sensation of time - how it is experienced, stretched, and interpreted in moments of confinement.
