The canvas versions of HYDRA translate the dense visual structure of the original relief into textile screen print and painting. Each work exists as a unique color variation, combining multiple printed and painted layers into a complex network of more than 140 interwoven motifs and sequences derived from the digital world.

Each color series consists of one large-scale HYDRA as its central work, accompanied by medium and smaller formats that zoom into individual parts of its goblin-like face - the ear, mouth, forehead, and other fragments. Through these shifts in scale, details almost lost within the density of the main work become autonomous visual worlds, while remaining connected to the larger image.
