Two main works from the series Shift were installed at Vienna’s U3 Station Volkstheater, one of the busiest central nodes of the city’s subway network where the pace of everyday life leaves little time for art.
By relocating the works into the very environment from which their imagery and conceptual framework emerged, the installation creates a direct dialogue between representation and lived experience. The fragmented figures, compressed spaces, and overlapping visual sequences mirror the continuous flow of passengers moving through the station.
