Happening:
Die sichtbare Wahrheit
to
Drawing and printmaking form the shared foundation of this exhibition. Both practices are understood not only as techniques, but as ways of thinking through images. Drawing translates thought into line, while printmaking creates a unique intersection between idea, hand, and machine. Together they shape a space where artistic processes unfold between control and resistance.
Starting from this common ground, the participating artists develop individual approaches that reflect personal experiences, intentions, and questions of the present.
The works presented in this exhibition do not aim to explain or illustrate fixed meanings. Rather, they open spaces for perception, ambiguity, and dialogue. Art does not function as a direct translation of ideas into language; instead, it provokes reactions, invites interpretation, and embraces misunderstanding as a vital part of its life.
