Sonntag was exhibited at Vienna’s RCS U3 Station Volkstheater, embedding its dense imagery within the visual overload of public transit. Directly opposite, a poster advertising a Warhol exhibition became an unintended counterpart to the work. As a playful response, the installation was extended with balloons, creating a small visual anecdote between both sides of the station. The intervention echoed Sonntag’s themes of spectacle, pop culture, distraction, and the continuous collision of images.
